A Manuseek administrator can create your company workspace and issue a one-time code. If your company is starting independently, choose I don’t have a code to pay for setup and receive one automatically.

Manuseek verifies the successful payment on the server, creates the company workspace, issues a protected code, and returns you to the setup prompt with that code already filled in.

No. The setup checkout shows a one-time setup charge. Any future service plan or custom agreement would be presented separately before purchase.

Codes are single-use and expire after 30 days. Check every character, then ask the issuer for a replacement or contact setup support.

Open Join your team and enter the one-time code from a company administrator. Named invitations grant the prepared access when the account email matches. Email-free team codes send an approval request to the company administrators.

An email-free code can be forwarded to another person, so redeeming it creates a pending request instead of opening company content. An administrator reviews the signed-in account and approves or rejects it.

The person named during company setup becomes the first company administrator by default. After registration, that person can invite teammates and assign access.

Open the password reset flow. If the account still cannot be found, confirm that you completed registration from your invitation.

Search a filename, folder, drawing number, part number, or words inside supported documents. Meaning-aware search can also find relevant material when the exact wording differs.

Start the connector on the source computer and confirm it can reach Manuseek. The Last Updated value tells you how fresh the current index is. Company admins can review connector status from their admin page.

Yes. Preview and Open use Manuseek’s secure company connector gateway, so your phone does not need a connector installed or access to the source computer’s local network. The source computer’s connector must be online, and your normal document permissions still apply.

Use filters for modified dates, document and file types, source systems, status, or folders. Company administrators can also change the default result count and meaning-aware search settings.

The connector authorizes every item independently. Folder access does not grant access to its children, and a child can appear without its parent when that child is independently authorized. Missing or unsupported permission evidence is inaccessible. Tabular and SQL data requires an explicitly mapped user identifier.

The checkout uses Stripe’s embedded Payment Element. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure interface; Manuseek receives the payment status and identifiers needed to verify setup.

Company membership is assigned through protected setup and invitation codes. Connector permissions are enforced connector-side; Manuseek displays only the items and relationships returned for the signed-in user and clears stale document data when access is no longer available.
